Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one email box to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and shield your e-mail boxes against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mails according to certain criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Just select the e-mail box account you want to forward mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
